Create a Folder on your Desktop and save images to create a folder “Right Click” your mouse and Select New Folder
GOTO Back Office under IMAGES for Agency and MICROSITE for Agents
“Right Click” your mouse and Save Image As then Name your Image
GOTO Microsoft Outlook HOME – NEW MESSAGE – INSERT – SIGNATURE – SIGNATURES
Either Choose your Signature or Add a New One
Select where you would like to Insert your Image and choose the Image Icon Next to Business Card
Then choose the Hyperlink Option Next to the Image Icon and Copy and Paste the URL Address in the Address
And Choose OK – When you send an Email you can select your Signature in the Signature Options
